I have a few blogs coming and was just going to include this story in some other blogs, but it's just too good - it gets its own blog. With the "rumors" of a White Castle coming to Apple Valley (which I think is going to happen now) and the fact that Tom, Aaron, Nils and I are all going to get our CRAVE on before the Twins game tonight, this story is very "fitting."

This is just another case of a frivolous lawsuit.
I could just rant my life away about this but what can I say? the US loves being the most litigious country in the world.

We do drive-thrus on our bikes all the time...even at the bank. Another good reason not to have a White Castle in AV...It will bring down our property value. Have you ever seen a WC in a nice neighborhood?

I think the saddest thing here is the woman's comment that she has been laughed and snickered at her whole life. She needs some hope!
